With a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Keller, you will be well positioned to pursue a career as a director or manager in healthcare management; federal, state, city, or county governments; or nonprofit organizations. Dependeing on your interests, you can chose to specialize your MPA in your choice of emphases.
- A Healthcare Management emphasis teaches you about the major components of of organizational interrelationships or U.S. healthcare delivery systems, the examination of legal and ethical matters and the application of the unique features of healthcare finance, among other topics.
- A Government Management emphasis covers the concepts of accounting, reporting and financing for governments and nonprofits, the study and analysis of expenditure systems, the examination of the principles for resource allocation decisions and more.
- A Nonprofit Management emphasis instructs you in the development of negotiation proficiencies, the understanding and management of marketing functions and the exploration of the concepts of accounting, reporting and financing for nonprofits.
